Welcome 2022-2023 incoming new Officers and Board Members

Please join us in welcoming the new 2022-2023 incoming Officers and Board Members!

Due to work load reasons, Jason Seneker has stepped down from the officership rotation. Thank you Jason for your years of service to the club!

Due to this vacancy, we are welcoming two new officers.

Patrick Nwakoby joins the officer team for the 2022-2023 year as Secretary. He vacated his board seat to step into the officership program. Patrick is the Supervisor of Engineering Services for Explorer Pipeline, and has been with the company for 21 years. He has been a member of our club since 2002- a 20 year club veteran! His five children are current and past scholarship recipients.

David Sowards joins the officer team for the 2022-2023 year as Vice President. He just completed a 3 year term on the board of directors. David calls Tulsa home and is a graduate of OU and TU with BS Chemical Engineering and MBA respectively. He has been in the energy space for over 35 years and recently started his own engineering, environmental and field services company for the Oil & Gas industry called M1D1. David has been a club member for almost a decade and his wife, Debi, also works in industry with ONEOK. Debi and David have two sons, Jackson (17) and Lukas (13). Both attend Metro Christian Academy.

We have three members filling open board seats per our club bylaws.

Tammie Jo Keizor joins the board for the 2022-2024 term; she has been in our industry for 25 years. Tammie Jo started in the Oil and Gas industry at PACE Engineering, and from there she worked 15 years at TCI Services/Tank Consultants Mechanical before joining AUDUBON Companies 5 years ago. She has been a very active member of the club for 7 years, serving in various capacities. She and has a son, Titan and daughter Cody Jo who was a past scholarship recipient.

Jeff Puckett joins the board for the 2022-2024 term. He has been in the pipeline industry for 28 years, having joined J.D. Hair & Associates, Inc. as an Associate Engineer in 1994. During that time, Jeff has provided engineering and construction quality assurance services on hundreds of HDD pipeline and utility installations. In his current role as President of J.D. Hair & Associates, Jeff bears overall responsibility for the firm's operations and is expanding the firm’s services to include additional trenchless methods. He has been a member of the club for 28 years, and his daughters Cady and Darby have both been scholarship recipients.

Chris Hurst joins the board for the 2022-2023 term. He has been in our industry 27 years. Chris grew up and lives in Cushing, and began his career working for contractors starting as a laborer, then to foreman, then as an inspector for several major oil companies. He has been with Explorer Pipeline for 8 years as their Integrity & Right of Way Administrator. He has been a club member for 8 years, and has a daughter and a son who have been recipients of the scholarship program, with a second daughter becoming eligible next year.

Matt Baker with Williams continues his board term through 2023.

Shawn Lowman is CEO of Pipeline Equipment Solutions and will assume the role of President of the Pipe Liners Club of Tulsa for the 2022-2023 year.

Renato Sanchez is Vice President of Business Development with PL-Enerserv and will assume the role of Treasurer of the Pipe Liners Club of Tulsa for the 2022-2023 year.

Terry Flynn is Vice President of Sales and Marketing with Tulsa Rig Iron, and Past President of the Pipe Liners Club of Tulsa (2021-2022). He will now serve on the Board of Directors for one year to complete his leadership rotation with the club.
