2025 Fall Scholarship Golf Tournament

REGISTRATION IS OPEN

That's right, it is time to register for the 2025 Fall Tournament that is just around the corner, Monday October 20th, at The Club at Indian Springs.

Grab your co-workers or a few of your clients for a great day of golf, food, fun, and prizes. The tournament will consist of a single 9:00am shotgun start (on both courses simultaneously). Lunch, trophies, and raffle ticket prize drawings will immediately follow the single flite of golf.

Please make certain you fill in ALL team name fields while completing your online registration. If you do not have all of your team member names at the time you are registering, you will need to put TBD in the name field. It will NOT allow you to complete your registration if you leave ANY of the name fields blank!

There are several great sponsorship opportunities! Some sponsorships are limited in quantity available so those will be handled on a first come, first served basis. Sign up today to lock yours in!

Attention Sponsors:

As part of our partnership with the golf club, an ABLE Commission Liquor License is required for the event. This license permits our sponsors to serve beer only to members and guests on the course.

However, liquor and wine may not be served at sponsor stations.

Due to the terms of our license, all liquor and wine must be distributed from a single, designated location. Multiple serving sites are not allowed under our license type.

We kindly ask for your cooperation in refraining from serving liquor or wine at your station, as any violations could jeopardize our ability to obtain a license for future events.

Entry deadline is Monday, October 13th, 2025. Entry fees include green fees, range balls, cart, and breakfast & lunch. When registering please indicate if you have a course preference, River or Lakes, and we will do everything we can to accommodate your request! This is not guaranteed.

PARTICIPANT ENTRY FEES ARE AS FOLLOWS:
Single player - $285.00
Team of 4 - $1,050.00

Golf clubs can be rented for $65.00. Make sure you choose the club rental option when registering. Also email Sean Kelley a week before the event to confirm your club rental. This just helps ensure that the golf club has enough rental sets on-hand.

DOOR PRIZE SPONSOR - $ 250.00
Acknowledgement during raffle and award's ceremony. If you choose this sponsorship the club will purchase $250.00 in raffle prizes for you. If you prefer you may purchase the raffle prizes and/or gift cards yourself and bring to the event. We will make certain that you and your company receive the appropriate acknowledgment for your donation during the raffle drawings.

ALL SPONSORS-
Due to limited space at the venue we would encourage our cooking sponsors to come out Sunday afternoon to set up. Gold sponsors that will set up in the Pro Shop area (main area) may also set up Sunday afternoon if desired. If you will be setting up on one of the holes on the courses you will need to wait until Monday morning to set up. Contact Sean Kelley for details.
