It is time to get your team registered for the Pipe Liners Club of Tulsa's Spring Sporting Clay Shoot! It is the spring event, so you know what that means right? Everyone will have itchy trigger fingers and be ready to do some shooting so the AM Flite will sell out fast! Get your spot secured now! Same for sponsorship opportunities, make your selections early. Due to space limitations at the venue we will use the first come first served program on sponsor locations. Space is getting tight as we continue to grow and we want to make certain that we are meeting each sponsors needs.

After registering, you'll receive a confirmation email with a link to access and update your team information. You can use this link at any time to add, remove, or edit shooter names and shell sizes. The system now allows unlimited access to your team registration details until the deadline.

Important Registration Tips:

  • Do not leave shooter name or shell size fields blank.
    If you don’t have all shooter information at the time of registration, please enter "TBD" for the name and "12" for shell size. Incomplete fields will prevent your registration from going through.

Sponsorship Registration:
You may register online for all sponsorship levels except for Gun Sponsorships and Custom Sponsorships. If you're interested in either of those, please reach out directly to Shawn Lowman.

🕗 Morning Flite Fills Fast – Register Now!

The morning flite always sells out quickly, especially at the spring event, so be sure to register early to secure your preferred time slot.

Please note:

  • Once you select AM or PM flite during registration, you cannot change it later—that part of your registration becomes view-only. If you need to change flites please contact one of the clay shoot team members.
  • If no flite is selected, the system will automatically assign your team to the PM flite.
  • Unless you hear otherwise from a shoot team member, you can assume your flite selection is confirmed.

The schedule for the event is as follows:

  • 06:00 am- Gates open
  • 07:00 am- Breakfast served, registration, game & raffle sales begin
  • 08:45 am- Mandatory SAFETY MEETING for AM shooters
  • 09:00 am- Morning/AM flite begins
  • 11:30 am- Lunch served
  • 12:30 pm- Raffle and gun prize drawings begin
  • 01:45 pm- Mandatory SAFETY MEETING for PM shooters
  • 02:00 pm- Afternoon/PM flite begins

Individual registration costs are as follows:

  • Individual shooter- $275.00
  • 4-man team- $1,000.00 (includes cart, 100 shells per shooter, breakfast and lunch)

Available sponsorship levels are:

Gold Sponsor $1,750.00

(includes 4-person shooting team)

As a Gold Sponsor, your company will receive prominent recognition throughout the event. You will have the option to set up your company’s tent either in the pavilion area or out on one of the shooting courses, allowing you to hand out company literature, promotional items, beverages (non-alcoholic beverages only), and snacks directly to participants. Throughout the day, your company will be acknowledged multiple times, and your logo will appear on the official sponsorship banner, which will be prominently displayed in several key locations across the venue. You will also receive automatic recognition as a station sponsor, with your logo featured on signage near one or more shooting stations.

Beyond the event itself, your sponsorship includes valuable year-round visibility. Your company will be featured in the Pipe Liners Club of Tulsa’s annual member directory, listed in the club newsletter, and highlighted on the club’s official website. This extended exposure ensures that your brand remains in front of industry professionals long after the event has ended.

As a token of our appreciation, your sponsorship includes a complimentary four-person shooting team, giving your company the opportunity to participate directly in the event. In addition, you will receive a special gift in recognition of your generous support as a Gold Sponsor. Silver Sponsor $875.00

As a Silver Sponsor, your company will be recognized multiple times throughout the event. Your logo will be featured on the official sponsorship banner, prominently displayed in several key locations at the venue.

In addition, your company will be listed in the Pipe Liners Club of Tulsa’s annual member directory, included in the club newsletter, and featured on the club website. As part of your sponsorship, you will also be designated as a station sponsor, with your logo displayed on signage near a shooting station.

Bronze Sponsor $600.00

As a Bronze Sponsor, your company will receive recognition throughout the event. You will be acknowledged several times during the day, and your company’s logo will appear on the sponsorship banner, prominently displayed in multiple key locations at the venue.

Additionally, your company will be listed in the Pipe Liners Club of Tulsa’s annual member directory, featured in the club newsletter, and included on the club website.

Station Sponsor $125.00

As a Station Sponsor, your company will be featured in the Pipe Liners Club of Tulsa’s annual member directory and included in the club newsletter. In addition, a sign displaying your company’s logo will be placed near a shooting station—one sign on one of the three event courses.
