Slip into your poodle skirt, leather jacket, or saddle shoes and join us for an unforgettable evening celebrating the fabulous 1950s! Dance to classic rock 'n' roll hits, enjoy delicious food and drinks, show off your best retro attire, and capture memories as you experience the fun, nostalgia, and timeless charm of America's golden era.

We have a special event room rate of $159.00 per night for a king room. Simply mention The Pipe Liners Club of Tulsa Christmas Gala when booking with the hotel.

There are three sponsorship levels available:

Host sponsorship- $2,500.00

This level will get you pre-event promotion, a premium placed reserved table for 10 guests at the event, event sponsor signage, and recognition in the annual directory. Your table placement is based on first come-first served sponsorship registration!

Supporting sponsorship- $900.00

This level will get you pre-event promotion, group signage on the open seating tables, event sponsor signage, and recognition in the annual directory. This level also includes 2 event tickets in the open seating area. Additional tickets may be purchased separately.

After Party sponsorship- $600.00

This level will get you pre-event promotion, general event signage and signage in the After Party area, and recognition in the annual directory. This level includes 20 drink tickets for your guests, but does not include event tickets. Event tickets must be purchased separately.

Individual tickets- $99.00 each
