THE SCHEDULE FOR THE EVENT IS:

9:00 am- Gates Open
10:00 am- Registration and Game & Raffle Ticket Sales Begin
11:30 am- Lunch Served
1:30 pm- Tournament Begins 2:30 pm- Raffle Prize Drawings Begin (or at mid tournament)

INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION IS AS FOLLOWS:

Individual participant- $250.00 (blind draw for partner) 2-participant team- $400.00 64 teams/128 participant spots available

(Both include door prizes, awards, breakfast, and lunch)

CORNHOLE BOARD AND BAGS SPONSOR - $1,300.00 - 15 still available. Includes logo on a set of official ACA Cornhole Boards(2) and official ACA Bags(8) that will be in play - Sponsors get to keep boards and bags at the conclusion of the event.

GOLD SPONSOR - $2,000.00 - 15 still available Includes Cornhole Board and Bags Sponsorship and 1 team. As a Gold Sponsor you will be acknowledged at the tournament. Your company’s name will be on the sponsorship signage (large overhead banner,) which will be prominently displayed in multiple locations at the tournament. You will also be listed in the club newsletter, website and be recognized in the Pipe Liners Club of Tulsa email reminder blasts for this tournament.
