May 2025 Monthly Meeting

The Mayo Hotel - 115 West 5th Street, Tulsa, OK 74103

The May meeting will be held at 5:00 pm May 19, 2025, at the Mayo Hotel. ONLINE REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN. Free valet parking at the hotel is included.

Our speaker will be Chris Thornton from OSU IT. The presentation will be "OSU IT Pipeline College”

The club continues to have the Corporate table sponsor option this year to sponsor and reserve a table for 8 guests. Simply add the upgrade to your reservation and have your guests let us know they are guests of your company when they arrive at the meeting. There will be a "reserved" sign on your table.

Menu this month is:

• SMOKED BRISKET - slow cooked, sliced, & dry rubbed with in-house seasoning - served with BBQ sauce

• CORN ON THE COB

• BAKED BEANS- slow cooked with herbs & BBQ sauce

• GARLIC COLESLAW - shredded cabbage & carrots in a garlic vinaigrette

• NEW POTATO SALAD - smashed with eggs, onions, celery, mustard, & mayonnaise

• JALAPEÑO CHEDDAR CORNBREAD

• PICKLED ONIONS

• APPLE CRUMBLE CAKE
